a different format let me know and I will try to convert it for you. A
lot depends on the enrollment numbers so please get your application
into the Falmouth Ice Arena business office as soon as you can.
I am also including our "Resume" form. (See below for the link).
The sole purpose of this form is to give the team captains an idea of your
playing level. The league's goal is to keep teams as evenly matched as possible
so that every team is competitive. It is a lot more fun if you know that your
team has a chance to win against any other team. Feel free to add any
information you think may help us better understand your playing ability.
If you would like to be removed from the mailing list just send me
an email and let me know. If you don't plan on skating this season but
may next season I would suggest that you leave your name on the list for
now.
